After working in Teradata tech only, it's very difficult to find a job outside Teradata as it's not a technology in demand in the current market. No Teradata jobs!

Best team to work with, depends on team to team. Fully remote and competitive salary.

Not much of skill development. Joining as an intern is risky as they might not convert you to full time as company is struggling financially.

Management lets Employees Down everytime. No Career-Growth plans & opportunities in place.You feel stuck. Office politics acts as an Energy Vampire. Show off of work is far more important than actual work. Favouritism plays important role. South Indians are kept & promoted at the cost of North Indians who are shown the door eventually. If you can praise & laugh at a bad joke of your Boss then you are Best-fit here.

Only thing I liked was salary & compensation they gave.

1) No transparency. Team, department allocation is random. People will hear you, but nothing will be done. As long as u r fresher, u have no voice. 2) Some managers are least bothered about you. They only care about is project. 3) U work in night shifts, but no transport facility from the company. 4) Even after project allocations there were a major change in allocations. Many who had good projects were either put on bench or shifted to poor projects. Some were shifted to projects with promise for new project, but it never materialized. 5) Management is poor. 6) Working conditions are poor at Airoli location. Canteen food is very bad, inspite of several complaints no action had been taken.

Management, PL encashment policies. (They give only basics for PL but every company give gross for leave encashment) Managers plays same games to kick off the employees before the appraisal. Appraisal cycles moved from march to October to save 8 months of incremented money that they had to give. HR takes the feedbacks in exit interview but don’t think at all later on. (i have doubt whether they take it or not) Poor design of codes and they ask you to fix the meaningless bug in very less time. No good features, they have only BUGS. Good politics. Don’t stay here for more than 2 years.
