New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

-No Culture, being a bootstrapped company. -Inexperienced leaders to run this IT consulting company -Hire-Fire, left right center -Too much gimmicks between management and leaders. They are not even 250! -There are some 2 or 3 project managers in the system and one of them is a joker who goes around selling everybody's conversations to each other. He does that by probing even though you don't have anything to say & refrain to gossip. -Head of People & Strategy comes from Ops background and thinks HR is all about Gyan and how you play perception games. -The guy who heads operations is from BPO and is almost clueless and seems like a con artist. -They take decisions based on perceptions rather than data. Only feels, no metrics! -Observed many Nepotism hirings that were specific to one religion I wish them all the best!
