Personnel's working in mid Level are Good

Inhuman behaviour from the Production manager, they schedule shifts inaccurately, work-life balance is very crucial. There is no job security. Canteen food is not good. Cabs leave late. They provide canteen facilities but you can never have it, because you will be inside the production block for 8 hrs. There is no washroom facilities near the production unit. For 8hrs you cannot have water, food. You cannot go outside. If your seen outside production manager screws you. If you have any emergency like your family person is ill or death you will not get leaves. Actually the management is good, but Hr team and production manager is inhuman. They say like have to finish your break fast in 10mins. If anyone want to join TK in production department please don't join for block 1. If you get hired for block 2 you can join. Because there is Good production manager he Always recognise his subordinates in all manner.

For freshers to 5 years experience candidate it's a very good company salary wise as well as as learning wise.

Dislikes

Company treats R&D people as a Plant people. Company have a potential to give work life balance but they r not giving.. major drawback is 5 days working not applicable for R&D peoples.

They encourage employees to take up new responsibilities and learn new things.

Considering the new technology and manpower restriction the work load on a single person increases failing them to have a work life balance

This is new management. Peoples who are all work in bench level they can get opportunity to lern all type of analysis.

Dislikes

Company changed the management fro Higher Pharmatec to Tenshi Kaizen. Still it has to improvise from base in the laboratory practices. Managment is recruiting peoples now by offering more but i thought some of them are not worh for thatmuch money.
