No Job security, Internal politics, No work life balance, toxic environment, they replace employees without any notice, always force to resign, all the managers leaders are micro in thinking. The worst person in that company is The Global CEO and HR head, I mean like everyone

The company is like an old type lala company. The leadership and C level executives are actually spineless and have zero business sense, management skills and knowledge. Starting from the top most to the entire c level are worthless individuals. I have worked closely with everyone and none of them have sense. My recommendation to leadership team is please have some self esteem and self respect.. And grow some skills.

Company management people are selfish. I have already work with this organization near about 6 yrs, now asking for join again, anyone not listen. All are selfish....

Due to transfer me BBSR to Dehradun, same time some medical prob of my family member. So bound to left job from company site. So many guru bhai working this company. So many partiality with other common employees. There @ tenon guru bhai job always secure, reason all are knows.
