Nothing to be liked in this company. Senior Director Harshal B. is a very biased person. He is biased towards Practice Head, the Delivery Managers and Product head. All these people make this company's decisions i.e. whom to hire,fire and promote. Don't even think of joining this company

THE MANAGEMENT is worse! They have ever-changing requirements and NO etiquette towards employees! None of the employees in the cabin of Harshal is applauded. He always has a prejudice towards everyone. NO work-life balance, within my tenure at Tenerity, apart from the project domain, no skills were developed. The only skill that got developed is how soon we can deliver without even unit testing the code. No Job security is promised. Also, as mentioned above if you are in good books of Harshal or any of his people (mentioned above) then only you can survive and get a promotion in tenerity.

Too much work and we need to stretch beyond 9hrs almost daily. Not a healthy Environment to work.. Permanent Employee can be thrown out like contractual employees.. Leadership team is just for name sake.. Most time they come up saying "they don't know"

1.worst management n hr department. no qualified professionals , contract hiring is the main concern of this org. 2. No process. Useless Middle layer is sitting since years n drives this org. 3.latest tech stack but u wld nt get chance to work on it. as third party teams are hired for the development. Softwares are developed without following any basic standard requirements. So this latest tech stack is just for the namesake .. 4.no work life balance. 5.unrealistic deadlines. 6. Annual leave policies needs to be improved only 21 leaves.. no other benifits 7.organisation hires unqualified contract employees. Or outsourced the project modules. 8. 9.here HR head is of 10+ yrs exp. N they are list bothered abt employees. They themselves r learning.. One can understand how the things must be. 10. Employees strength is below 150 may be in pune. 11. They try to manipulate u while joining saying part of them is acquired by JP Morgan, n food facilities blah blah . But its third class organisation. 12. Attrition rate is too high ..too much work pressure.Nobody is here more than 6 months-1 yr except old mangement staff. Hope this will help atleast someone like us who has worked in big organisation n land up on this disaster org.. n they will not only ruin our career but health n mental peace as well.

Sr mgmt - totally deceptive, visionless, illusionary career progression support . HR - inexperienced and clueless Finance - only boasting big nos,, actually mismanaged. IT Support - controlled remotely from UK and US, so ineffective. Overall a big No, No to prospective joiners.

We are still in forming state. There are lot of opportunities and inherent challenges. So Its the perspective what you are looking for.
