Training depends on the role you join in the company, A decent salary hike/appraisals, Teams rarely plans out for travelling, Internal team Politics - yes it is there depends from person to person, Learning - open to learn new things (depends on role), Work environment - very good as such, Work life balance - complete your official hours as like all other companies.

it was great experience with euclid, employees atmosphere is very good due to old helpful people are still there, and discipline maintain.

...never understand the issue of employee. Poor facility - kitchen area, chairs, very low salary at starting

Previous management was really good and helpful so I enjoyed my tenure with euclid.

Now a days there is no job security stability in company. It is taken over by tender tiger Ahmadabad based LALA company I wouldn't recommend anyone to join this company if you have responsibility of your family and specially when you have loan going on. New management is not ag all concern about employee. Hire and fire work culture. Dont waste your time there better to join some software company to start your career. After Tender tiger took over there is nothing to like in the company

Lot of politics. Lack of coordination among teams. Career growth is slow. Learning process is good but after a time it slows down and you do not learn anything new and the process becomes monotonous. Management doesn't or hardly address our issues.

It is a great platform. Where we can inhance our sales skills and inter personal skills.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike. But company can take more focus on Employee warfare and some more motivation and refreshing activities.
