Nothing except the salary on time.

Dislikes

It's a top down culture. The management laid by the present business head is dooming the company. No good ideas are appreciated. Zero product development. Expectations loaded higher on sales without a proper product. The tech head has nothing to do so he sits in sales reviews. The ops head has learned a 300rs course on Excel and does unnecessary projection sheets. Usv will soon shut this venture because of this management bizzare
