Started my career at Templatolio with an internship. Within 3 months I was confirmed and absorbed in the company as my immediate supervisory cluster leads as well as top management were happy with my performance. I was also given the opportunity to get exposure to social media as well to build on my creativity. Team is good quality so overall I would rate the company highly.

They use a lot of tools to track & manage work so chillaxing is difficult.

The management is very poor. They ll let you work at the weekends to match the unnecessary deadlines. They ll push you to work extra even after the working hours without paying overtime, not even the bonuses (not even on Diwali).

Templatolio is a mismatched organisation with the senior management catering and favouring themselves. Vivek Bhatnagar who is the CEO and founder has manners worth 2cents! Doesn't follow any code of conduct and presses matter as per his own wish. There is no HR department in this company, with which you can imagine that your contract is a piece of paper worth rolling. Mansi Bhatnagar who is the self acclaimed operations head is the HR head, Senior director basically anything she wishes to be

there is nothing to appreciate in the company. Worst work culture, no job security. They will call you after office hours for extra work. Employees don't have any etiquettes and courtesy. Worst company to work.
