Salary is always on time and colleagues are ok
Dislikes
Management is worst no support, whenever you ask for solution only you will get excuses.
You can be kicked out anytime with XYZ reason.
No work life balance total worst.
Cab facility is totally trash they will drop you one hour before your shift and nobody cares.
Used to like the culture and the ambience.Good pay as a fresher.

Got a TL who does not give a da*n for his team members.Getting treated like sl*ves and not being valued for our work. Your communication skills does not help you at all.But if you r lucky enough to come by some good customers who will give you good surveys you are saved. Initial days are good and soon enough you will be treated like Tr*sh. No job security at all.You will never know when you will be terminated. For the reason that they can't find a good reason to kick you out, they will make things up to show the client the reason for which they r kicking you out. Met some good people and some worst ones with a inappropriate attitudes.
They don't have any management system. In operations there are only 1 manager and in HR there is only 1 HR which are whole and sole of the organisation and they behave like dictators and team leaders in this organisation are useless and don't have any value in front of the managers and cannot back you up ever. They are employees with no backbones.
This is most terrible company I've ever worked with.
Leadership have 0 skills, 0 decision making sense. They do dirty politics within the organization. Put pm unnecessary pressure on teams.
Worst working culture. Never work for them if you want some peace in your life.
