I like nothing about this company. They treat staff members like a labour. Bosses are narrow minded.

... much politics in this company and management doesn't address our issues timely. Salary is not good and career growth is too slow.

Telmat is a good company as for Learning purposes and good boss. As a employee I have good work experience with telmat.

Dislikes

There is not kind of management for support employees. If employees fight to each other inside company or out side company. Company management have to resolve the same but nobody involve in suck kind of matter.

I didnt like anything about Telmat Materials . It is in short proper non professional company with no proper rules and regulations . They will make you work like labours and treat you like labours too. The senior most people are not good , highly pathetic and the environment is too toxic to breathe .They are of very narrow minded thinking and too much judgemental .

Telmat materials is a frugal company with no proper policies and no appraisal cycles . Employees are treated badly and everyone will keep an eye on you when you are coming what you are wearing who are your aquaintainces who are your enemies . A typical delusion making company about you .If this keeps on happening one day this company will become non operational !!

The director Mr. Naveen Vatsa and his wife Shikha Vatsa both of them are very manipulative. They are like parasites who will keep on sucking the blood until a person gives up . Telmat has so many unprofessional things going on in their office but these two are least bothered . They don’t pay salary on time and will keep your money . Shikha Vatsa is the most cunning lady I have ever seen . I do know what her work is and what she does . She envies her office staff and treats workers like labourers . She is not at all professional and doesn’t even know how to work . This company will not profess at all and one day will shut if such are the higher management people .
