The way everyone mingles the works the ambience and the wfh opt. They even provide cabs and food and the pay is good enough. They are very professional. Anku and Ashil are great ppl there.

Dislikes

Umm, nothing much. They are great. Just won't give leaves.

Likes

Work culture is Pathetic. Their HR management and leave policy is absolutely terrible. No offs for public holiday or even international holidays.

Dislikes

Leave policy is the worst I've experienced. No extra pay for OT and only a day or two prior information and mandatory OT

The company is an equal opportunity provider, gives every employee a chance to grow with the best compensation and benefits plan in the Outsourcing domain. The best part is free unlimited meals for all the employees which only a few company offers. Approachable HR, Team Leads and Managers makes this company a wonderful and employee friendly ambience to work.

Dislikes

The only drawback is that once you enter the company premises, you are not allowed to venture outside the company's main gate without a valid pass or permission irrespective of the time - day or night. Looks like this strict policy is for employees safety.

Cab drivers and Watchmen are better than the supervisor, TLs, HRs and managers

Dislikes

Favouritism exists, doesn't matter how hard you work and how good performer you are. HR are also not reliable they are also part of politics. Here Supervisors are smarter than HRs. No Professionalism at all. Better not waste time in this company.

Likes

The breaks and the table tennis floor is good. Don't expect to be rewarded for your work. Only play and take breaks.

Dislikes

The management is just poor. They don't know how to handle people and expect results.
