Poor work culture. Management is worse. No work life balance. Delay in salary & reimbursement. Dictatorship Work Culture. Miscellaneous deduction in salary & reimbursement. Non transparent HR policies. Everyone from every department are given minnow tasks for clearing pendency of different departments. Heavy workload. No appreciation of employees. Discrepancy in salary & benefits to staff and management. Different rules for staff & management. Monotonous work. Pathetic manpower management. Waste of time & knowledge. Employee are on constant watch by management.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology in Telecom field. I am a part of a team that reliable, good quality and has a global client base. As a result I get to travel in up east but on site travel is completely dependent on your project and planed location. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high .

The basic salary for freshers is less but comparing with other vendor, even though its also will be satisfaction . Very slow growth ...very disappointed is no no no any public holidays. It's very hurting all the field engineer in our concern

It is very good vendor company in salary But work is always on remote areas only If you want to work in this company you will be standardized with more patience compared with other works
