No Job security any time as a idle and fired. Work culture full pressure, worst management, worst company policies.

When work is less , company will deduct the salary. Claim amount once approved after some time reject and your portal goes negative. In central office sitting only corrupted person as well as manager also corrupted.

Discrepancy in salary & benefits to staff and management. Different rules for staff & management. Monotonous work. Pathetic manpower management. Waste of time & knowledge.
