Useless HR policies, no career growth, low standard job, Company's product doesn't seem to have any potential. if you want to earn some money just to support your living then join it, because there is nothing to learn here.

The company should be follow dovelopment rules such as SDLC and STLC and care our employee as on time salary hike, medical insurance.

They are not use any dovelopment methology like agile and not development documents. If any new person joined in this company then he know about current project easily.

Nothing... STUPID MINDLESS WORK GOES AROUND HERE. Data entry for all level of employees except for TL and above, who just boss round.

...reaking idea, what the product is supposed to function like 5. high polictics 6. Low salary raise, even when you work hard. They will promise stars and at the year end, show their true colors 7. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE OPTIONS IF YOU HAVE TO, ASK FOR FAT SALARY LIKE 100%-200% HIKE. THEY WILL GIVE IT AS THERE ARE NO PEOPLE LEFT. REMEMBER.... JD IS NOT WHAT THE JOB IS.

Televisory India Pvt LTD is a newly developing IT based financial services provider.What I like most about it is that it just give a environment of working with learning about different industries like Oil and Gas, Renewable Energy Power Generation etc and we are also having very free environment of open discussion on related industry parameter and their financial reporting.

I never got understand on what parameters company use to judge it's employee performance and an appraisal was use to do on what key electives.
