...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Teletext is a travel industry and we are effected from day one (27 march) clients were calling nd cancelling holiday it means company was not getting any income still company decided to keep there All employee With salary deduction. As slowly the situation are changing and they are increasing out salary percentage too....im glad to be a part of teletext.

Cheap Corporate Politics

No Support, requested employees to work overtime and offered extra bucks but failed to pay us, paycut of 70% of salary, then slayed hundreds of people’s jobs in this pandemic situation, denied to provide the information on what basis they kept few employees as they picked them with personal selections.

...y good but the tym at which we needed company's support the most. They fired us. Before that they deducted our salary we were ok. But suddenly without any prior knowledge they fired more den 200-250 people at a tym from the job.

Nothing goes fair here except salary on time. No proper policies, no employee respect or facilities in a corporate culture. Ugly Bathrooms and limited parking are never ending nightmares. Over a period of time your manager and Hr team will make you think your role is redundant and useless to company. Top management is busy only with profits and losses.

Everything is a mess to be honest and most unfortunate thing is company wants to stay that way!
