There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Teletext is a travel industry and we are effected from day one (27 march) clients were calling nd cancelling holiday it means company was not getting any income still company decided to keep there All employee With salary deduction. ...y good but the tym at which we needed company's support the most. They fired us. Before that they deducted our salary we were ok. But suddenly without any prior knowledge they fired more den 200-250 people at a tym from the job.
