It's a good Opportunity for boosting the start of your career. But if you stay on for long in this company your career will stagnate or even regress. The employees are all predominantly Indian and the environment on site is suitable for bachelors but becomes very lonely for families.

This kind of nosy behavior is a clear indication of the unprofessional attitude encouraged by company management. Salary credit is on a quarterly basis and unnecessarily delayed even though company policy mandates within a week next quarter starting. The company's policy is designed to exploit employees and safeguard their interests. There is no recognition for good work but definite condescension for any delay or setback.
