No teammates and training, no job security only digrowth low salary and false appraisal commitment bad traveling policy

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.sometimes,I have to work 11 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and some time late into the night. Manager do not value an individual and also not aware his scheme and plan.

the company is open to innovation & adopts latest technology. I really love the part of this company & also like the employee re-hire policy. women friendly environment & always support to his employees.

I love teleecare Network india pvt ltd. And working with this group for past 10 years for 'ZEN MOBiLES' & we all have one motive with "'ZEN Meri Jaan" :) I have seen a lot of ups & downs in past 10 years. These days mobiles industry is going on tuff phase. In past i'd worked for motorola mobiles devices also through bharti . I have seen to shut down mobiles businesses by Nokia/motorola/Sony E/LG/BlackBerry/HTC/Gionee and bla-2 MNC brands including Indian products scenario for past 3-4 years downfall alike micromax/lava/karbonn/intex/itel etc. Being a 'ZEN family member' we almost have done business with almost consistent for past few years. If we have not taken growth rapidly, i would say that we have done with stability in my zone in every situations.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike here. As a sales person we have to face problems whether it's related to market, distribution, retails, products, service's, logistics, pricing, competition etc. & have to manage accordingly with team spirit and company's support. Tuff times always motivate to do better .
