...with good team mates and manager. Manager appreciates your efforts with rewards. Salary and hikes are good for right candidates. Current management needs to work on their policies.

Exit process was not smooth as expected after working for that long duration. HR could have been more friendly.

It was good experience with Teledna but management is not so good and team work is almost so so. I was at Client Side so don't know about the Bangalore office Culture.

Worse experience i feel in terms of team work, there are no training sessions, job security is also less, best part is career growth, no appraisal,lot of politics, more work pressure without any reason.

Job security is zero. People get fired every month - if you ever had a discussion with the CEO and if he doesn't like you , then you will be fired. He uses abusive words like F &B all the time. For junior roles he says gali ka kuttha bhi coding Kar sakta hai.. worst company to work

Offensive language is used by CEO , he is clueless about the company. He calls you on your holiday and says you are you taking off n you are not serious about work while he takes 6 week international vacations. He has 2-3 people who think he is God n worship me. Rest of the company just can't stand him and his abuses. There are no new projects or orders coming through so business is getting shut down and people are getting fired . DONT JOIN THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST .U WILL LOSE YOUR CONFIDENCE COMPLETELY

There is not have Job security. Any time fire this company. There is have polics in learning. work environment is very bad.work life balance is zero. This company distroy my career Life.

Im being very honest here, its the kind of company one should start his/her career at, why ? Coz you can learn alot not coz they teach you, coz you get chance as no one will help you anything, its a nutshell and ull reinvent yourself. But make sure u dont stick there for more than 2 yrs, coz its toxic culture and sucks health put of you due to work burden and no life literally it's hell hole. Sure for starter its good as ull learn to pull yourself together but nothing good apart from that.

They better learn how to treat their engineers, may be they dont have respect for themselves but we have it, because we earned it hard way. HR is as good as invisible there, dont mind them helping you with nothing. They all are just one circle of known people together giving hell for others. Their work culture is pathetic. Needs to change its toxic and very stressful. Someone teach those people there what is leadership for god sake, I started my career their yet it took less time to realise whats wrong with that place.
