Salary not on time get delayed by months, retention will be credited after 9-10 months. No...it's just like another La- La company.

No saturday sunday off, No holidays, Appraisal gets delayed by generally 9 months every year and they do not raise salary looking at the arrears amount Managers are unskilled and expect skilled work from you Extreme level politics. Higher level management will always prefer good looking women over amy talented men in search of favours (You know what I mean) Office hours are generally 9 hours per day along with saturday working. This is too much to ask for Consistent work pressure even after completion of targets Incentives are pending since 3 years No P. F facility, no any added advantage, No work life balance Only 24 paid leaves are available conditional. You can only be allowed to use 2 paid leaves per month Standards of working are not defined, work policies changes as per owners mindset This list goes on and on

Salary holds paid after 15bdays than due Only 3 top directors run the company no freedom to work...they will dicatate what mail to write or not Worst HR Worst Managers Worst design team making revision after revision in drawing only for cost cutting...transformer failing at sites Worst category scm, planning and production team most corrupt

Fresher point of view its a good company to learn technical things, but career growth not possible. If you want to gain knowledge learn the things fast and move on.

Career growth not possible here,only management level people earns good. Salary not on time. They cut performance incentives from your salary unnecessarily.
