There is some gap between management and employees in the case of transfers and addressing personal problems like inconvenience in service area parents helth Lake of hospital facilities in the area posted. Very weak unions is there .

There is a excellent career growth who works with full dedication and commitment without fraudulent attitude. There is lot of scope to help the society particularly needy people. Being officer of the bank during my tenure I was exposed to all assignments viz., Head of the Department of IT, Regional Manager having 65 branches network under my control spread over 6 districts of Telangana State, Head of the Department Financial Inclusion, Head of the Department Business Correspondent and Business Faciltator, Head of the Planning Department, Worked twice as Board Secretary, Nodal Officer SHGs and VVV Clubs and worked as Branch Manager of various branches of the bank. What ever assignments handled by me, I have shown excellent growth and stood as excellent performer/ Administrator.

Dislikes

I am very happy working with Telangana Grameena Bank as I have no bad experience with the Bank. I have shown excellent performance as anticipated by my top management.
