...yees. Lot of corporate politics. Sincerity and genuineness is never appreciated. Decent Salary for the Worthy Candidates are never paid. Atleast 2 months notice period or compensation is not paid. Often management encourages indecent and unworthy employees

Its the work thats all and few people are good.

Dislikes

The higher management they use profanity when they speak to their colleagues and dont maintain any work culture. Being an IT company i dont see many people talking in english and they use the local language, which is not at all acceptable.
