...agement is transparent.There isa huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling .Company policies are good,appraisals are good and they gave good salary hike and 20% bonus every year.Really enjoyed working in textronix.

Suddenly closed the manufacturing unit and the management not address our issues

Mid level management really works hard on employee satisfaction. Those who are at low level their job is secured

Dislikes

No Job security, many job family lacks global process. No innovation from company, selling same old products and future appears to he very bleak

I like the work culture and work life balance. The people are so helpful and supportive. I love to be in this company. It provided lot of opportunities to showcase my skills and I got nice exposure to global level.

The environment keeps driving over the process. Supportive colleagues have always been there to help out the Newbies. HR and employee relationships tend to have a good start and continuous support. The manager's outreach was highly promotable.

Dislikes

Some overtime work phase leads to an unbalance working life sometimes.

A lot of jargons copied from Japanese way of life, but at the end no body care it. But you will know them.

Dislikes

Hire without thought process and later fire without reason. So avoid if you are into software development or enterprise apps.
