...ind of messages, Even though no one is able to read your code and functionality. Poor work culture, they deduct club charges from your salary every month to give an annual party but since 2 years I haven’t seen any annual party happening here.

The HR at Tekshapers is realy bad - she doesn't understand whether you're unwell or not; she'll just say, "You have to come to the office." And there's this one manager - I won't take her name - but she also doesn't understand your problems at all, and she never picks up the call. Unprofessional.

Pathetic Environment Very dirty politics is played with new employess. there is discrimination between old and new employees Fixed in Time, but out time not fixed stretch till 8:30PM. Seniors not supportive at all.
