2 years of bond before which you cannot resign, salary is decent and increment is also very decent.

Good work place and culture. Team mates are very supportive. It is a good place to learn and develop your skill. Management is supportive to your career growth.

Salary is decent but hike is slow. Sometimes you have to clear your doubts or solve work problems with your own. Notice period is 3 months.

I loved the overall tenure at Teknotrait Solutions Private Limited. It has shaped me into a skilful person. The work life balance is awesome. The CEO of the company Mr. Abhik Khandelwal is helpful and make sure that everyone is on the correct track. Overall a good company to start your career with.

It’s just the compensation part that they should think of. They should at least provide the compensation according to the market so they can retain their employees

The company is flexible to give opportunity to learn new technology. Team mates are very helpful to do so. If you perform well, you could grow in your career well. Good place for learning. There is no such slabs for promotion, all that matters is performance.

Dislikes

Compared to the other companies as per workload salary is less. Very less opportunity to go onsite.

Work culture, growth is good. CEO is very good person, very encouraging and good person, Every month there is training on daily basis, Even month end there is town hall meeting to give an update where were we this month and what are we going to do next month, Birthday celebration every month end.
