Most Worst company I've ever seen. I'll never recommend anyone to work here. Manager flips their words any time infront of high management, and the high management who knows everything but supports them and abuses you in every single steps. They behaved with you basis on their mood swings You don't get any help from your manager, if you ask anything they will never answer perfectly but infront of management they told that they teach you the things before. Here old employees reserved positions without degrees and abuses you like they know world's everything. They tortured you mentally and make you confidentless day by day. They only prefer employees without own brain and good in oiling. WORST EXPERIENCE.I leave my job without getting other job, this type of behavior I received from them.

1. Work Culture: Senior management (especially the CEO & his friend who is an executive) will always find a fault in your work. If your report is fine they will check spelling ) 2. CEO shouts and abuses managers for very small reasons in front of a very young female employee 3. Job Security: If they feel anytime, they will ask you not to come tomorrow. Note: The executive who is a friend of CEO is the main reason many people leave the organisation after 2 to 3 months. The person thinks he knows everything, he will always get involved in your task and report your minor faults to management and will prove that you are non competent. What he does is google searches and act like a technical person. If you are having a good job never think about joining this company. Also one more thing, they will not open a salary account in their company before your confirmation.

Very systematic, innovative organization with latest technology and ISO 9001:2015 certified. This is a partnership company. There is job security in this organization, it depends upon your good performance. Work culture is good. Have the opportunity to learn new things and showing your creativity. Management, company policy is very good and supportive.

1. It is a very small company with a annual turnover of around 100-150 CR when I left one year back. 2. Its a partnership based company, being run by family members. 3. They think their small factory like NASA or Goggle ,e.g. skyping for taking appointment with managers. 4. Most of the managers are having a qualification below higher secondary, have seen many senior managers cant write or read one line of sentences in English. 5. One incompetent and copy paste type idiot person is placed for looking after HR/Admin/Purchase and what not. Never seen a such an evil, manipulative and mean person in my lifetime. That person is a totally disgrace to the society and humanity. Even animal like pigs have better mindset than him. 6. CEO is a lunatic (I mean it seriously) person as it seemed by his hyper & super abusive behavior , don't understand why sick people like him dont opt for mental treatment. He abuses with infamous compliments starts with letter B,M and many more to the persons close to his father's age. He also hit one worker earlier in front of everyone. 7. I have seen they (CEO & his licker managers) ragged very senior persons in front of everyone in that lunatic's room and having fun like a football show. Lots of person left their job because of such humiliation. Summing up, in future, I would better wash a red light area's washroom instead of working there.
