I am very happy with my career growth at Tekno Point. Initially, my salary was low, but the increments are amazing. Around 30 to 50% for seniors and about 70% to 80% for juniors. I got to learn a lot here. Java, OSGi, Azure API Gateway, spring boot etc. The culture is very good, people are very helpful.

There is no proper HR policy.

...th is very limited. Obsolete technologies are used Politics based on minority. Salary and Compensations are very less compared to industry standards, they bulk hire in 10-11k/month of salary.

Everything is good. They provide a proper training and opportunities to learn. Good culture.

Dislikes

Company should allocate projects to developer according to his/her expertise. In my case I was good in Reactjs but they put me into AEM project. And instead who don't know Reactjs, company gave them a Reactjs project. Otherwise overall experience was brilliant.

Got to learn a lot on web technologies as fresher, the exposure was good, people are always ready help and has overall good environment to work.

Dislikes

Managing a project is always a difficult task, but I believe it can be improved 👍🏻
