Got to learn about panel accessories like lamps, switches, contacts, junction boxes etc.

No particular software trainings, no activities. HR department is not atall intrested in doing anything like monthly birthday celebrations. lot of office politics and favouritism done by manager and being partial to other people compared to his state people. he always favours his state people and always rude to others irrespective of gender. Manager lacks the managing qualities and looses his mind when some problem comes up despite of concentrating on solving them. because of his this nature, his favourite people play a lot of politics. during everyday standing meetings he targets specific people and humiliates them. Staff is overall good. office cleanliness is maintained and the Owner of the company are good people, they often visit and have chitchat with people down the line.

Teknic is d best company i have ever worked with... the bosses are very understanding and helpful... one gets to learn a lot... the work culture is very good and brings the best out of you without giving you stress... i regret that i left teknic just for a big brand name..
