.... No team building exercises 3. HR department does not respond to any queries 4. No benefits other than salary 5. No transparancy in appraisal. 6. Company does not have vision 7. Company is being run by inexperienced HRs having less than 2 years of overall exp. Management is not aware what is happening in company.

Likes

They offer Remote jobs. WFH completely. this is the major plus point. and some tax saving options. in payroll. taking a leave is a very easy Process no fuss about why and when. Overall No stress atmosphere do you job correctly report to management what u are doing and what issues you are facing that's it. in fact i really enjoyed the flexibility of work here.

Dislikes

they are relying on one client only. which in case if u have any argument or clash with client will result in immediate of termination of your employment coz there is no other client to work on. NO pip program here. there are no Tram building activities or any such initiative to built trust among the employees.

1. Great learning opportunities. 2. Senior management understand employees very well, even their personal reason. 3. Take care of their employees. (Best part)

Dislikes

1. They need to hire more resources. 2. Lack of staff leads to unbalanced work life.
