It was a great experience at first job like this growing comalpany everyone was supportive and helpful in nature at first I think it must be strictly but afterwards I came to see that they will help us in work and slove the queries

The workplace environment is very positive and promising. The marketing manager is caring and supportive leadership team that wants to see you succeed - Friendly co-workers. People love working with them and company is full of opportunity.

HR team is the only thing I like in this organization.

Lot of politics, full work pressure, casteism, groupism, no recognition of hard work, unprofessional people agents & few managers...we can only sustain in the organization if we praise ur boss. Even they will disturb the employee on week off also worst work life balance...they will call the employees even at late nights. Appraisals will be given to bajana party( praising people only). I've worked for the other product VIVIFI India finance Pvt Ltd..it is the sister concern of tekfriday processing solutions.

Lot of politics,Managers will target people who dosent say yes to them and they will demotivate you in terms of work knowledge....Team members have lot of gossips on other team mates....work environment has been so pathetic when I joined it was fantastic now it's not...
