A lot of disparity, bad management, low salary, low increment, work life balance and other benifits will depend on your manager. If that are good you have awesome life else hell

No proper training, Directly jump into the work, pressuring environment, more work load less Compensation and benefits.

Salary hike is very less, if ur working in third party payroll After working 2-3 years also they will not give you 10% hike

Job security is good and everything else is good. Just skill development and learning depends on teams and individuals and little luck

Like: work life balance and work culture Not like : Slightly lesser salary than other big companies, very less benefits apart from salary and slow promotions
