Worst appraisal process. No benefits in case of an emergency. No proper training is given at the time of joining. No proper job description is given. No respect for experienced candidates who are hired from outside the company.

Salary structure are very law and my superior reporting boss are not at dahej so it's very difficult to us who can judge our experience and works.there are not growth of our life.
