Worst appraisal process. No benefits in case of an emergency. No proper training is given at the time of joining. No proper job description is given. No respect for experienced candidates who are hired from outside the company.

If you work hard and smart , your salary is going to in sky , but you need to stay here for long.

Skill development is very poor. But now management are focusing on it but they need to upgrade skill who's required to upgraded.

- Less salary - Partiality between DET and GET - Growth is low as compare of market standard
