Worst appraisal process. No benefits in case of an emergency. No proper training is given at the time of joining. No proper job description is given. No respect for experienced candidates who are hired from outside the company.

Learning is goods than others company . Working environment is good. Tega is open book of learning Read and learn and go up.

Salary is big issue in this company at diploma lvl. Diploma lvl growth is very very poor.all opportunity is only for B.E lvl.diploma and B.E.lvl work same but growth only for B.E lvl.0% growth of diploma lvl .
