Work culture is little bit good but if I talk about job security is high. Employers are getting salary time to time on last working day of every month with no delay. All the employees are supportive.

Salary is decent specially for GET's but salary is great for lateral entry .

The culture and MM Sir who is the one man army and I was lucky to work under him for 6 months and that was the best time of my career.

Salary is pathetic, all those who has no ambition in life and just want job security Tega is a good company for them . 99% of the manpower of Tega are below average people who require only job security and monthly salary to survive.If you in Tega you start with 20k monthly salary today and retire with 90k salary only .

Promotion are long delayed,most of the managers are from central tool room,not even a diploma holder or a btech or mtech,neither have a MBA degree.managers have very basic technical knowledge and poor management techniques, no recognition of educational qualification,samali plant bas ram bharose chal raha hai, they use less technical knowledge and most of the critical problems are done by trial error method,even quality manager dosent know how solve the problem.

Salary is on time. Plus added benefits like insurance and medi-claims. Leave periods are also good. Good for freshers or upper management.

Dislikes

Promotion/appraisal /increment /incentives are terrible. Biased and favouritism promotion. Not good for lateral entry unless higher management level. Too much politics.
