Salary is pathetic, all those who has no ambition in life and just want job security Tega is a good company for them . 99% of the manpower of Tega are below average people who require only job security and monthly salary to survive.If you in Tega you start with 20k monthly salary today and retire with 90k salary only .

Rubbish Management system and Rubbish Increment system which I hate the most, When it comes to the salary which is why we are want to work so they still Giving 8.5k per Month starting salary Now days not only with workers but also with The stuff I Mean The freshers and yeah They Hiring them under the 3rd Party Payroll System..
