No yearly salary increment. Salary is credited after much delay. The delay gets longer every month and totally unpredictable. Leaves are very less and often cancelled by the authority. Also the employees do not have the liberty to take leaves on their preferred dates as there there are too many terms and conditions for taking vacation.

Sikhne ko bahut kuch Mila TMU me. Bas yaha kaam karna apne risk le hi hota h. Accha ho jaye to senior authorities khud ko aage le aati h aur bura ho jaye to akele chhod dete h koi support nai karta.. islea main yaha jyada Sikh paya..

Mera TMU me work karne ka experience accha raha sikhne ko bahut kuch Mila mujhe. Lekin yaha salary ko lekar new ideas ko lekar ya fir employees ki sunne bala koi bhi nai h. Sabhi log bas kaam karana jante h koi bhi appreciate nai karta kaam ko lekar... Jab Tak karna h apni marzi se karo jab bhi khud k liye bologe tab koi sunne bala nai h.

this company is good in all phase some good and bad all have but as my view, i learn a lot , enhance alot , improve our alot all over i got good and excellence experience regarding work .

... over is good but one thing i want to say, that management recruit some faculty. they pay their salary as per norms but after 1 year on same designation any faculty join, that time you pay extra. this is not right and good. because everybody having same work load . and last thing I want to say please put increment in our salaries we done a lot in this COVID Pandemic situation much hard work with our students and with the management as per instructions , many faculties got corona also , after this we done a lot for our college and university. so, we all deserve that please give THANK YOU.

Good secure campus, on time payments, no retrenchments. Daily needs and medical support along with bank available. Exempted from covid duties on account of my cardiac status. Management receptive

There is lot of politics and management is not receptive to this. First year there was a raise in salary but that is it. There is a strict 3 months notice period even though it was 1 month at joining which drives away good opportunities. No academic or professional growth

... job because of HOD's Arrogance attitude and every one is political person here. If you want to take leave he will stare at you like you want to owns his property and SALARY COMES VERY LATE. if you leave the organisation they hold your salary and not provide. Everything is worst. I'm leaving this job in just 45 days of working. HR DIRECTOR MANOJ JAIN is a political person. Everyone is Liar here.. So, not join this organisation especially Audit Department. If you join you will get Stuck and mark a Black dot on your CV. Please not join..
