Management level All are selfish and they required only their pockets will be full in ever. Whatever happens they need for Work. They never mind about the labours and their engineers.

Dislikes

...spected Judicial Department regarding about how many labour cases against them . In my knowledge some hundreds of the worker did not get their benefits and salary and leave from Oman with tears. They forgot about the Almighty and his words, definitely they will feel the judgment from God in any ways. To god they definitely need to tell the answer and about tears of those worked for Teejan

...ion, which is great ! opportunities at work are such that learning is vast also. Also the company is a good pay master and year on year appraisal are fulfilling.

Dislikes

There are no internal training and development programs.Even if the candidate is from a good collage, you will not get any guidance . If you are a performer , you will have no fixed work hours.

They have good accomodations & transporation service, well stabilish company, with good benifits like anual leave, they paid for tickets, they have ouwn mezz (canteen) for food the duty hours also good. the peapoles and managemnts are very good and understanding each other.

They will not give increement and permotions.

Management gave good opportunity to work freely with innovate ideas. Good teamates we have. Encouraging on multi tasking works in coordination with Safety & project management

Its the excellent team work and ambitious management that is the driving force of the Company. Job Security, Job Satisfaction, Motivation, Career Growth and Decision making power delegated to the employees are to be highly appreciated.

Dislikes

There is not much about Teejan to dislike about. There are various areas of Scope of improvement, which the management has already found out and are on the roads of excellence.
