The CEO/Co-founder is a sadistic man, he tortures all his employees, doesn’t pay them their fnf dues, holds salary as per his whims and fancy, tells everyone that they are being paid for doing no work. Calls and messages employees late at night, beyond 12 am, no work life balance, extreme micro management, no growth chances, no learning, no scope of development, the only thing you will get here is disappointment and demotivation.
