Work is not so hard, but there is no future because company will never appreciate for your work, do diwali bonus no gifts. Management is bad.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues, also salary is also not decent and career is growth is very slow.

A fresher trainee can learn of industrial culture at this company . Here employees are very helpful and gentle. If you are a fresher, you must achieve the industrial experience from Tecumseh India pvt Ltd. It's my own experience.

There is nothing to be liked about, except the big name, they are taking advantage of it.

Mental pressure it's not about the work load, it is about you will be disrespected at all time, you will not be given time to understand the functions, on day one you will be asked to take responsibilities. Above all your boss will scold you everytime you are not able meet the dates in a POLITE MANNER to respect the company's value. Take care.
