... management 2) DON'T JOIN THIS COMPANY as your financial growth will be stunted. The salary of employees who work in this company for 3 years is 40% less than the market salary. 3) weak team structure, someone with less experience and industry knowledge can be your Lead here. 4) Task priorities change frequently 5) they don't explain tasks well, causing many problems on the website. then they blame QA for the issue. 6) All tasks have high priority and as a QA you don't know which task will go live today and everytime they live at 6 pm. 7) DON'T TRUST ON 4-5 STAR REVIEWS because they ask employees to add reviews in the office itself so every employee gives only 4-5 stars.

Working culture is good in vadodara branch. Team members are so supportive. Fix timing. Leave police is good understood your problem.

1. No work life balance 2. No stability: Just imagine every months 5-6 employee leave the company and non-stop interviews are conducted 3. Project on ecommerse is a big NIGHTMARE 4. No hierarchy: You junior can assign you the work. Spit on your face. They can question your rights even if you are thier team lead 5. Don't panic if you have been fired wihout any reason. They can do it !

In Tecstub, Its a Friendly Work Culture. There are amazing people with different region and culture which gives me opportunity to develop my overall personality. In Office,It gives Freedom of work which leads more productiveness in the work. As a QA, always recommend suggestion on how to improve the product functionality during refinement stories and its always considered as positive.

This company is not at all clear with their hiring procedure and plan. Projection is high but they are not even able to Retain there employees. HR Department lost its stability completely. Company is not ready with Assessment they have to give candidates in Hiring Process and they have put blames on Recruiter that they are not able to understand position on the other hand they have not provided Position. Such a pathetic Environment affecting mental health.

Dislikes

There Management they suddenly apply new methods of working but they are not ready to Trust there in house recruiter. Company is ready waste lots of money on consultancy and Freelancer recruiter but not ready to guide Inhouse Recruiter for explaining there requirement. They way Founder use the tone to speak with HR Manager is not appropriate. They are too rude sometimes.
