Skill Development/ Learning is good as we have freedom to do implement new technology and as the salary is very very low from the start the appraisal is good for the starting few years.

...r bond and require you to submit your original school and degree certificates. The First year will be quite good, as you will have the opportunity to learn and receive a decent salary appraisal. However, once the first year is complete, before the second appraisal, they will pose one crucial question: "Do you plan to stay after completing your bond?" If you respond with a negative answer, indicating your intention to change company, they will deny you the second appraisal and overwhelm you with an excessive workload. Subsequently, they will refuse to let you leave the company, claiming that there is too much dependence on you. They will then coerce you into staying for an additional two years without offering a favorable compensation package. In certain instances, I have witnessed employees resorting to involving lawyers and the police to resign from their positions and retrieve their certificates.

you can learn something as there is lot of pressure. use of new technologies. they will never terminate you but they will also not pay you.

Dislikes

very less salary pay, increment rules are too bad, no work culture, even if you are going to have tea you have to swipe out. means having tea will not count in working hour.

It was great experiance working at tecra systems. Learning from scratch is really good experiance. It really great learning place tonwork and grow in career.

Compensation and all but while getting knowledge and learning new things its all nothing. In front of compensations its really great to work yhe place which is in it industry....

Depending on the nature of the project have to work longer hours.
