There's nothing to mention about, all old legacy systems, only few supervisors have knowledge which they dont share so that monopoly can be created

Salary, PF not deposited on time. TDS not filled which creates problems for future employment. Can be checked with any internal employee for truth. HR is a puppet, some recruiter handles entire HR operations with zero knowledge and doesn't support people. Some puppet is new CHRO. Fire policy. No bonus for last 2 years, no hikes after certain levels. Full and Final settlement no guarantee, friends are following for more than 6 months, no HR response. All in All bad, dont join this company if looking for career growth.

... letter. There are no clear work policies, and HR provides little to no support. Salary payments are consistently delayed each month. Employees are required to work extended hours without compensation. Whenever employees raise concerns, company policies seem to change suddenly, without any prior notice or communication.

Highly not recommended. Kindly reconsider your career path. Only good thing is reasonable job security.

Low salary Dramas during appraisal Huge delay in getting variable pay (almost 11 month delay) No team building activities 0 people management skills No proper commitment towards the clients

The only think which I like in tecnotree is we can learn the latest technologies and we will be working in all areas like frontend and backend and deployments.

...e is balance is very poor. In covid time they made us to work around 18 hours. Salary hike is dream. There wont be hike every year . if they give also it will be very less in single digits irrespective of your rating. Management is poor. Hr support is poor. No transport facility. You wont have personal life. You may need to work in weekends without any extra pay.
