The company has not behaved or treated extremely bad. Good coordination among team members in lower management levels however company policies keep changing thus job security depends on the strong perseverance created by themselves as employees. Helps to get self-trained in various aspects of life. Working culture is not worse. Can join this company for some self-learning experiences. At some instances, you feel the management is flexible according to the person to person and case to case basis. Also the required level of support given to the employees during covid was not bad.

Dislikes

Salary commitments not fulfilled with reference to offer letter. Only half the salaries were paid in spite of achieving full targets and being an honest employee. Tricky employees have better survival in the management on the long run. The worst experience used to be the seldom use of abusive unparliamentary words/language by top management during communications which were found to be quite hurting and unprofessional.
