Extreme politics in the MEP department. No work-life balance. No appreciation. HR, BIM Manager, and seniors in the MEP department are involved in politics. Feel like school, they use to give homework in the name of goals. Nagpur techture is full of politics.

It's a sexiest and backward mentality company, who takes credit for it's employees innovative ideas and projecting it as it's own. The BIM manager is not even a graduate and claims the credit of all the employees, who are actually working for around 60-70 hours weekly.

You get to learn a lot of things by going through the tough path and The Director of the company will give you fake hopes of giving you office for different regions So that you should not leave the company when you get good opportunities. IF you want to learn then join the company but once you think there is nothing left to learn just leave it, it is not worth staying.
