If you are not from Surat and have a family elsewhere, don’t expect the company to understand your personal commitments. They claim to be like family but fail to acknowledge that your real family is waiting for you. No casual leave policy. Every Saturday is a working day. No personal life, no work-life balance. Sometimes, even Sundays are working. Frequent policy changes, often unfavorable for employees. After resignation, no matter how much effort you put in, they treat you like a stranger, even if you were one of their best engineers. Decisions lack logic—initially, they enforced Saturday working due to workload, but later, they fired 70% of the workforce. The founder's decisions are difficult to understand. Arrogant management that disregards employee well-being. If you take leave, they make it seem like they’re doing you a favor. No flexible working hours. The company struggles to manage a startup and always blames employees instead of recognizing its own mistakes. No appraisal
