...k-Life balance is good. Working days are Monday-Friday. Company culture is OK. Salary is on time.

Dislikes

There is no job security here. Incentive on closing the position to the recruiter is very low. There is no cafeteria in the office. Company don't recognize the efforts put by the employees. If you meet the daily target before the end of the day, then the management increases the target but there is no appreciation for efficiency. If an employee is unable to achieve the extra target despite achieving the normal target for all the employees, then, the team lead/manager starts abusing that employee.

There is no pressure from your superiors or managers once they assign you a task. They give full space to work at your own pace and comfort which in my opinion is the biggest thing because if I compare with other places I have worked for... they ask for updates every hour. Also employees are quite friendly and helpful.

Permanent work from home is the best part. Managers are very supportive and are patient to guide you. Team mates overall very helpful and non toxic. Management don't micro manage you.

Saturdays are working. No fun activities.

Manegers don't know how to speak formally with the employees (tu, tera, chutii krwa dunga humesha k lie) Sandwich leaves is hectic, efforts don't matter joining matters. Incentive is only 600rs for 10 LPA joining

Overall it was amazing.

Dislikes

They really think of you as an asset for the organization so i don't have anything to dislike. Just a little bit of more connectivity is required between employees and team leads.
