I worked for around 1 year 11 months with TechSci, my experience with the team was good. However, experience with top level management and HR policies is something that the company should work on.

Their bond policy. When you join techsci reserach, you are given an initial freshers bond for period of 2 years, which in case you break you are liable to pay 1lakh. On top of that if you are promoted you are additionally given a promotion bond, which if you break you have to pay equals to the gross annual amount raised. So, if you are promoted within initial 2 years of joining (which you will) you will be given an additional year bond,so total years will be 3 for bond period. Moreover, appraisal bonds are never ending, everytime you get promoted you are given an additional bond.. All in all if you are planning to leave the company, you to have pay for all the bonds that are applicable at that point, due to which many of the employees abscond the company. The company has very high attrition rate. Within 2 years, you will mostly see all your peer colleagues changing.

...tiatives taken from the HR team is company centric instead of employee friendly. Except providing the salary on time, no other benefit is visible here, as even for variables which are offered in their salary structure people have to wait or forget. And never work under bond here they are very bad with this.

...tion rate is more than 90%, and guys often abscond due to tons of work pressure. 10 hrs work shift, salary deductions, an IT tool already on your systems t measure how much time u were away from your system. just imagine. Keep oiling and greasing seniors and u l somehow grow, capabilities are always on backseat For promotion, sign a 2 years bond or you will not be promoted, else your appraisal amount and growth will be compromised u can be fired any time or any good day. Unrealistic targets make u work on weekends quite often, no training no learning
