Client has the final word and Sr Mgnt is even ready to change the diaper for them if required, you have to forget your 10+ years experience if you are judged by client in front of sr mgmt. Note : This may very as per the client. The process which i work in, i have seen 3 Sr Managers absconded, also i have seen the favourite of client ( ex employee on role) joined and created his own kingdom !!

Main branch support staffs are supportive which is at Bhopal. Mysore branch HR team is the worst

There is no benefits, low salary, worst colleagues. Leaders don't have the leadership qualities. Especially with Mysore branch seniors who are in HR department are the worst (Ameena, Yatheesh). These 2 are the backbiting people in that team. Huge burden on new joinees.

No staff will support you. They don't have any knowledge about there process what they are doing Office address:- technotask, ashar it park, wagle estate, thane They will give u silly reasons when you ask for the recheck on training program

TL Are good but they all know all frouds so.. They also left there position.. I have 9 months experience in TTBS.. so I know.. No canteen facility.. No pickup drop facility for girls at night shift

Salary only 10k, No salary grouth.. Salary deduction.. diduct salary for admin charge 140 per month. No promotion.. No one available on the floor at late night girls and shift timing 12 to 9.. Girls not safe for this shift.. But no care's anyone's

They always ensure the work is done , and nothing apart of it , they do not give salary on time and less salary than said before and more work pressure and worst responsibility of working people
