Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Work pressure from embedded hardware developers, because they are the team leaders for software developers also. Leave policy are not good. Hybrid mode is not available. Other things are good.

Nothing is good here . Very low budget company . No increment yearly appraisal.

Dislikes

They have been layed off employees including manager. Worst company in the galaxy. Please don't join and spoil your like. It's a service based company and not desin and development very worst company.

Bharath is bull shit and is not giving software work he will deploy engineers to production and test case writing please don't join these company freshers as well as experienced candidates , about salary:freshers 12k experienced 15k lol , and about increment 2k to 3k , we have to die if we join to these company to survive. ALL THE BEST GUYS
