The culture of the company is good. The management is caring and helpful. To be really honest there is nothing wrong with this company except the training and learning part. They don't seem to have training schedules for each department and seniors are mostly busy in their work so you have to learn everything on your own.

Dislikes

I would only say one thing that if you are thinking of joining this company in sales department and if you don't have the prior experience of the same industry, then you should not join this company. The product is too good to sell if don't have the knowledge of the industry and then you'll be wasting 1 or maybe 2 years understanding and eventually you'll leave the job. This is the only problem with this company.

Directors are very good and Supportive.

Dislikes

1st line of Managers are the bottleneck to the growth of company. They just want self recognition by means of creating issues and highlights and then solves as expert but they are the reason for these issues.

Likes

The company is open to ideas and initiative and implements a lot of latest technologies and processes and are continually looking to improve and address limitations. The machines made by Technoshell compete with leading international players in EU and Asia, and are recognised for their quality in every exhibition and customer visit. I have seen a lot of new developments in exports over the last few years. The leaders, especially directors are very accessible and fair in their approach. The people here tend to appreciate behaviour in line with their values.
